Having been a professional cyclist for 15 years I had got used to my body not functioning. Since starting to receive treatment from Ruth in 2009 I have had a new lease of life. My flexibility has improved dramatically and I can achieve a much more aggressive position on the bike and ride for longer, pain free. This has meant being able to train harder and at 40 years old I won the world masters championships having previously contemplated retirement due to the chronic pain in my back and neck, thank you Ruth! Ps don’t expect it to be a pleasant experience
