I have had two minor knee operations and feared I would never be able to play tennis again… until I met  Ruth Spivak. She worked her magic and I was back on the tennis courts within two weeks – free of pain and confident that my knee would not buckle under the strain. Ruth then went on to alleviate the 20-year-old problem I had been having with sciatica – something no physiotherapist had been able to resolve! The sciatic pain that used to scream down my leg has now completely gone. I can highly recommend Ruth – her level of skill is impressive and she is a lovely lady too!
